This registry is in place for those businesses that have reviewed the definitions and qualifications of a Section 3 Business Concern, per 24 CFR 135.5 and meet the criteria for self-certification as a Section 3 Business Concern. If you do not meet the qualifications for self-certification as a Section 3 Business Concern, please do not proceed with the registration and self-certification process.
By using our Vendor Compliance Reporting System, the registration and self-certification process takes only a couple of minutes. After registering your business, you will automatically be logged into the system and directed to complete the Self-Certification for Section 3 Business Concerns.
Benefits of completing our registration and self-certification process include the ability to be added to CHA’s Directory of Self-Certified Section 3 Business Concerns. Where your business’s contact information is listed and made available to the public when vendors search for Section 3 Business Concern Contractors.
